TFS is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors that manages the business and affairs of the TFS Corporation. The Headmaster supervises the day-to-day operations of the Corporation.

Current Board members include present parents, past parents and alumni. There are a maximum of 15 elected directors (terms of three years), and three ex-officio positions: the President of the TFS Alumni Association, the President of the TFS Parents' Association and the Chair of the Foundation.
