Luke V.T., Graduate of 2010 | Print |

Luke started TFS in Grade 4 with no prior knowledge of French.

Luke is a spirited school leader who loves the arts. As an assistant leader and then House Head, he helped motivate his House to win TFS’ Cup last year. He co-founded the School’s Creative Writing Club. And through TFS, Luke also volunteered as a companion to Alzheimer’s patients at a seniors’ residence, and was a counsellor-in-training and counsellor at a camp for children with Type 1 diabetes, like himself.

Luke’s other TFS accomplishments:

-The Founder’s Award, for achieving the second-highest grade average
-Produced an art collection as a Higher Level IB Art student
-Candidate for a Bilingual International Baccalaureate Diploma

Accepted into the University of Toronto, Queen's University, the University of King’s College in Halifax, McGill University and the University of Waterloo, Luke has decided to attend McGill where he will study architecture. Like his mother before him, Luke is now a graduate of TFS.
