In November 2008 we were thrilled to open our new Play and Sports Field at the Toronto campus.

Artificial turf construction provides our students with a safe and sustainable surface to enjoy all year-round.  Students play on the field at recess and during Phys. Ed classes.  Most importantly since our new field meets FIFA’s regulation-size requirements, we are able to host more home games, championships and tournaments than ever before.  Our peer schools are more eager than ever to compete at TFS!

In April 2009, over 460 members of the TFS family attended the Allez! Gala, organized in support of this project.  $200,000 was raised to assist with construction costs for the field - and another $200,000 in silent auction items were donated by our community.  In addition to the field, a portion of the proceeds were used to build an outdoor student common in Mississsauga.

Thanks to the support and generosity of TFS friends, parents and alumni, the new field in Toronto and student common in Mississaugua will allow students of all ages to enjoy the benefits of these beautiful outdoor spaces.
