All Parents Welcome to November 26th Lecture on Internet Safety

Toronto French School Parents’ Association invites all parents to attend a lecture on Thursday, November 26th, at 7:00 pm in the gym at 296 Lawrence Avenue East, on the critical topic of Internet Safety.

Steve Chapelle, an IT professional with over 20 years experience, including working with industry leaders Microsoft, IBM and Novell, will present Net Gains: How to Ensure that Your Children Use the Internet Safely and Sensibly.

Mr. Chapelle will cover the topics of parental controls, social networking, cyber-bullying, file-sharing and more. He has taught thousands of parents how to implement controls that will protect their children from harm on the web.

In addition to the lecture, Mr. Chapelle will answer parent questions and will provide a 42-page take-away handbook containing detailed instructions from his lecture.
