Meet Armen Bazarian ’05. In our newest Après TFS spotlight, he details his path from his highschool band, Chester, to becoming a go-to Music Composer and Sound Designer.
The Chandarias and their extended family have been a part of the fabric of TFS for over four decades, more than two-thirds of the school’s entire history. Beyond their connection as parents, students and alumni, the Chandarias have been dedicated volunteers and made generous philanthropic contributions to our school. Now, led by the siblings and alumni, Shernee Chandaria ’95, Sheena Chandaria '01 and their brother Sunir Chandaria, who attended TFS from 1983 to 1991, the family has further cemented their legacy at the school, becoming Catalyst Donors and inaugural members of Le Cercle Giles with a $1 million gift to the Can’t Wait! Campaign.
The Cortellucci-Gagliano Family has made history by becoming the first $2 million donor to TFS. As Catalyst Donors — families who made a commitment of $1 million or more in the early phase of Can’t Wait! La campagne pour TFS — their support is empowering the largest physical expansion of the school’s campuses in over 20 years and promises to provide the resources, spaces and experiential learning opportunities that will shape the educational journey of TFS students today and tomorrow.
The Alumni of Distinction Awards are a time-honoured tradition at TFS, recognizing graduates whose achievements and service continue to shape communities here in Canada and around the world.
Our newest Après TFS spotlight features Katherine McBrearty ’04! Catch up with this TFS alum as she shares her path from the classroom to a career in law.
For Sander Grieve, K.C. and Tierney Read Grieve, supporting TFS has never been a one-time act. It’s a commitment based in history, gratitude and a belief in the power of learning.
