Senior School’s Remembrance Day assembly

This year’s Senior School’s Remembrance Day assembly, held virtually, included the compelling stories of Level IV student William P.’s two great-grandfathers, John and Bernard, who both served for Canada during the Second World War.
Students and staff listened quietly to the incredible journeys of these soldiers; from the lack of military training to malnourishment, both courageously overcame hardships and a great deal of sacrifice before finally returning home.

We were also joined by a special guest, Toronto Consul General of France Tudor Alexis who shared some inspiring words. Thank you M. Alexis and William P. for reminding us of the bravery and selflessness of those who fought for our freedom.
