Grade 1 students launch their first web-radio
Grade 1 students recently launched their first web-radio, “la p’tite radio” with the help of their music teacher, M. Suchon.
The main purpose of this project is to encourage children to speak French in a new, fun way. Each show centres around a different theme. The students first research the topic and then, they write simple sentences that can be easily recorded.
This idea came from M. Suchon, who wanted to find an easy way to promote the French language and encourage his students to speak French. The web-radio is a perfect tool to try new vocabulary and work on their pronunciation.
