TFSF Board of Directors

The Chair of the School Board and the Vice-President of the Alumni Association, attend Foundation Board meetings as guests. The President of the Foundation reports to the Head of School and the Foundation Board on the activities of the Foundation. The President assumes a prominent role in fundraising for the Foundation and is invited to all meetings of the Foundation Board and the School Board.

The mission of the Foundation is to raise, invest and steward private resources to support the priorities of TFS.

Nomination Process

Typically, interested and qualified TFS community members who are nominated for consideration, may be invited to join a Foundation Board Committee for a one-year term. Later, if it is mutually agreed upon by the Committee member and the Foundation Board, the Committee member may then be nominated to join the Foundation Board. Members of the TFS community are encouraged to self-nominate or to nominate others who may be interested in volunteering for a Board role.
