The Cortellucci-Gagliano Family has made history by becoming the first $2 million donor to TFS. As Catalyst Donors — families who made a commitment of $1 million or more in the early phase of Can’t Wait! La campagne pour TFS — their support is empowering the largest physical expansion of the school’s campuses in over 20 years and promises to provide the resources, spaces and experiential learning opportunities that will shape the educational journey of TFS students today and tomorrow.
“There’s a sense of pride you take in being part of TFS. Once we started here I knew this is where I wanted my kids to be, I knew this is where we were going to invest, not just financially, but our time and our heart,” says Sabrina Cortellucci, mother to three girls, all at TFS. “When we saw the plans for the building projects, they made us want to donate and help because we want to see it come to life and see our kids and the students using these new spaces.”

The $2 million donation carried the campaign to over $31 million of its $40 million goal, allowing TFS to move forward with confidence with plans to complete a new Athletic Wing on its West Campus in Mississauga by fall 2026 and begin construction of L’Atelier, a new state-of-the-art facility on it its Toronto campus in the summer of the same year. The family’s goal with their gift is to advance the Can’t Wait! campaign’s building projects, and they hope to attract others who share in this vision for the school and students.

“They’re helping us raise children in the right way and it’s like a family,” says Dino Gagliano about the community and well-rounded education at TFS, “Our kids seemed to immediately love it which eventually led to our support for this campaign.”

“Dino and Sabrina share in TFS’s vision to build a future-ready campus, with spaces that allow our kids to thrive,” says Norman Gaudet, Head of School. “Their commitment creates a momentum for us and hopefully inspires others to join them in making these spaces a reality.”
